Property blueprints for the financier's private tropical island among the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this latest photograph release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to develop the substantial island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling different sections of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the current investigative release.
